【 About the SU-85 】 The SU-85 was developed by the Russian Army as an anti-tank self-propelled gun. It was based on the T-122's chassis and was equipped with a powerful 85mm gun to knock out the German Tiger I. It featured a well-balanced silhouette with sloped frontal armor. First introduced in autumn 1943, the SU-85 went on to serve anti-tank battles and fire support for other units.
