【 See What Goes On Inside the 2009 Champion 】 During the 2009 MotoGP season, regulation changes were implemented which designated a sole tire supplier and limited the number of engines a team could use. The Yamaha YZR-M1 2009 was designed with these changes in mind. The frame's structural balance and rider center of gravity were revamped while the more powerful and durable engine's performance was further increased through the use of a highly-precise engine management system. Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo rode the bike to six and four wins respectively to claim a 1-2 finish atop the riders' standings, enabling Yamaha to take the triple crown of Rider, Team, and Manufacturer Championships. This kit includes clear cowling parts to allow in-depth appreciations of the inner workings of the YZR-M1 '09.
