★The M10 IIC Achilles was a British variant of the durable U.S. tank destroyer M10, fitted with the British 17 pounder gun to enable it to deal with powerful German adversaries. ★The model recreates the form of the M10 with accuracy, including the ring-shaped counterweight fitted to the long barrel of the 17 pounder, plus the turret with distinctive rear counterweight and the open-top fighting compartment.
*Separate parts are included to recreate the additional armor on the hull front, as well as spare track links.
