Furthermore, the crankshaft features a silicone insert and is precision-balanced using a pressed-in tungsten insert. Durango have released full details on their all new DNX408T 1/8th scale truggy. Based heavily on their successful DNX408, the truggy features heavy duty machined alloy suspension hangers front and rear, as well as bulkheads to hold the gearboxes securely in position. The machined alloy parts as standard continue to the brake bulkheads and shock towers, perfect for supporting the 15mm big bore shock absorbers. The all-new, spiral design, machine-cut gears for the DNX408T, have been extensively tested for performance and reliability. Full details can be found on the car’s product page (link below).

The Team Grid drop-in camber tuning kit enables vertical camber link tuning on the Associated TC6 and TC6.1 touring cars. This kit utilizes the existing holes on the front and rear shock towers for infinite vertical camber link ball tuning. Since most racers are using the #1, #3 and #7 camber locations on the stock towers, the Team Grid camber kit allows for the exact use of these camber holes along with the flexibility of the inverted ball link system, which provides added positive and negative vertical adjustments from these locations. The camber kit also includes an extra tuning hole between #1 and #7 for even more tuning capabilities. Any 3mm spacer from 0.1 up to 6mm can be used for all the tuning.

Hiro Factory have announced the release of their new F103/F104/F104W conversion called the HRF10X. The conversion is equipped with a 7075 aluminium motor plate with ball-style rear link suspension similar to that used in direct drive chassis’ and adopts a carbon W-style chassis for ideal chassis roll. A side spring & aluminium roll damper control ensure stability and ease of setup.

New for the Serpent 747 are these purpose made brass slide-weights which can be mounted into the slots pre made in the 747 chassis. Weighing 25 grams each, a maximum 3 can be fitted, they are black coated, laser engraved and come with the correct mounting screw. The chassis has 3 slots for the slide-weights, which slide in position and are secured with the screw and the chassis and set-up sheet show lines to indicate and record the set position. This is a very easy and fast setup change which has a lot of influence on the cars balance and handling.
