Having become extensively involved in the RC monster truck scene in recent years thanks to owner Jason Ruona’s own personal love of all things BIGFOOT, JConcepts has released its latest body for the iconic truck with the BIGFOOT 4 Louisville 1990 Ford F-250 body set.  They designed the body to accept the included wrap-around front bumper and rear bumper assembly.  A tough task considering most polycarbonate bodies are not produced to hold injection molds parts in this manner.  The front clip of the body was built to accept a drop-in injection molded and chrome 3D front grille assembly.  They also…

Having announced it would be releasing a limited edition kit to celebrate its World Championship victory with Toni Gruber, Hong Nor has released images of its new X3GTS Nitro WC Edition 1:8 GT Nitro kit.  The kit is based on the car with which Gruber secured the Taiwanese manufacturer’s first ever IFMAR World Championship title in Australia in October.  It features all the optional parts the German ace used at the Worlds and will come in a special colour box design. JConcepts has updated and recreated one of the classics in the line-up by re-introducing the Stage Killah 1:10 competition crawler body.  The sharply tuned shell wraps the chassis of competition trucks like the Axial SCX Pro and other competition crawlers like a glove. New from JConcepts is the Mirage WSE SS 1993 Worlds Special edition scoop RC10 body.  During the 1993 IFMAR World Championships, Brian Kinwald emerged victorious with a slightly modified version of the tried-and-true Mirage SS body shell for the RC10.  According to IFMAR rules, it was illegal to cut or vent bodies without a proper shape, scribed area, or scoop inlet for such.
