【 Russia's Tiger Hunter 】 Tamiya is pleased to announce a 1/16 scale R/C assembly kit of the Russian Heavy Tank JS-2. This highly accurate model captures the appearance of the JS-2 perfectly, with the powerful 122mm gun, distinctive sloped frontal armor and details such as the rear fuel tank and storage boxes. The chassis features numerous metal parts to ensure that the weightiness of the JS-2 is authentically replicated. The Full Operation Set (Item 56034, Japan market only) conveniently includes a 4-channel transmitter to remotely control the model's sounds, lights and movement, a 7.2V battery, and a battery charger. Add the separately available Battle System and you can even have mock battles with other similarly equipped Tamiya R/C tanks.

【 Realistic mobility 】 Rear-mounted pre-assembled gearbox features Type 380 motors for plenty of power. Metal parts such as the lower hull, suspension arms, and drive sprockets ensure durability. The suspension is just like that on an actual JS-2 and features metal torsion bars and pre-assembled resin tracks to absorb terrain undulations. In addition, the DMD Control Unit T-08 features a special low-speed setting which enables slow lumbering movements for even greater realism.

【 Main Gun Firing 】 As the aluminum 122mm main gun fires, the barrel-mounted LED flashes, a firing sound roars from the onboard speaker, and the turret recoil unit and drivetrain gearbox work in conjunction to produce realistic barrel and hull recoil movement.

【 About the JS-2 】 The Russian Heavy Tank JS-2, built to destroy the German Tiger I and Panther, could boast of taking its initials from the then-Premier of the Soviet Union, Joseph Stalin. It possessed a 122mm main gun and superior armor of up to 120mm thickness without sacrificing its excellent mobility, and production began in December 1943. From August 1944, the hatch on the front glacis was deleted, which greatly improved its frontal protection. These improved versions with distinctive cast hull were produced by the Chelyabinsk Kirov Factory (ChKZ) and went on to become a major part of the Russian offensive toward the end of the war.

Farm King Wheelie (WR-02G)

【 Makin' Farmin' Fun! 】 This R/C assembly kit recreates the hard-working mainstay of farm life, the tractor. The polycarbonate body features a comically-styled front mask over the bonnet, a large plow on the rear and exhaust pipes on either side of the driver's seat. A driver figure with ten-gallon hat is also included. The WR-02G chassis features a heavy duty monocoque frame which is equipped with 97mm and 130mm diameter wheels on the front and rear respectively for a realistic scale presence. Motor is positioned along the centerline of the chassis and power is delivered to the rear wheels via fully-enclosed gearbox equipped with a differential. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension makes for realistic mechanism. Designed with a wheelie bar to enable fun, wheels in the air driving action, this tractor definitely puts the fun into farming!

【 Fun wheelie action with the rear-wheel drive WR-02G! 】 The rear-wheel drive WR-02G chassis was made for rough riding! Shielded by side plates and held tightly in place by the monocoque frame, the gearbox is well-protected from impact, and the different sized front and rear wheels cushion the model's moves. Power is provided to the rear wheels by a centrally-positioned motor, and transmitted via fully-enclosed gearbox equipped with a differential. The location of the battery pack is key: its longitudinally-placed high position in the rear ensures that when the model accelerates, the front naturally rises in a wheelie. As it does so, the wheelie bar at the rear stops the model from toppling over, and in doing so maintains a great wheelie! Steering servos are placed along the center of the chassis, and they combine with the 2-piece tie rod for precision steering. The suspension is of the tough 4-wheel double-wishbone variety, and the model has such features as a pre-attached motor and gearbox.

【 The XV-01 Hits the Road! 】 Presenting the XV-01TC PRO chassis kit, in which the front motor-driven 4WD XV-01 PRO chassis is packaged with dedicated on-road spec parts to give a dynamic driving experience. These include reversible suspension arms, TRF dampers, and aluminum turnbuckles on 4-wheel double wishbone suspension. The drive train utilizes a sealed gear diff. and direct coupling to enable drivers to adjust settings according to surface, and features front and rear clip-type assembly universal drive shafts. Fenders and r/c equipment cover have been removed from the chassis to make it lightweight, and the set includes a transponder holder.

【 Front Motor, Belt Driven 4WD 】　The box-shaped main frame of the chassis serves many purposes, for example ensuring that dust and debris doesn't enter in great quantities and any that does can leave via the opening on its underside. It also covers important parts such the gearboxes, drive belt, r/c equipment, and battery, protecting them from damage. Elsewhere, the TRF dampers give the 4-wheel double wishbone suspension good stroke to match the stability provided by the front-mounted motor. The longitudinally-mounted battery can be removed from the underside, eliminating the need to remove the body each time, and the front bumper protects the chassis in the even of a collision.
