XV-01 PRO Chassis Kit

【 Cross Into the Rally World 】 The XV-01 is a crossover chassis which has been designed to offer dynamic R/C driving on both tarmac and gravel surfaces. It features a front-motor, belt-driven 4WD layout with the gearboxes, drive belt, battery, and R/C unit areas protected by covers against dirt and debris. Holes in the bottom of the chassis further help remove any debris which manages to get onboard to ensure unhindered off-road performance. In addition, detachable wheel well liners help prevent mud and gravel intrusion. Gear differential units enable customization with different viscosities of differential oils.

【 Rally-Spec Suspension 】 The 4-wheel double wishbone suspension is equipped with TRF dampers and ensures plenty of suspension stroke and ground clearance. A long tie-rod steering system reduces bump steer during driving. The large front bumper has an approach angle built in to help deflect rough surfaces. Battery pack is placed longitudinally and can be replaced without detaching body via a hatch on the underside of the chassis. The chassis is also equipped with a transponder stay, rally block tires with inner sponges, and 16-spoke wheels.

【 Hokkaido Winner 】 This 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit reproduces the Subaru Impreza WRX STI Team Arai which took victory at Rd.5 Rally Hokkaido during the 2011 Asia-Pacific Rally Championship. The sporty form of the Impreza has been realistically reproduced by the polycarbonate body and the roof intake and square-shaped side mirrors are depicted with separate parts for a sharp finish. The distinctive markings of the race car can be easily depicted with the included stickers. In addition, rally block tires with inner sponges are matched with 16-spoke wheels to allow you to experience dynamic R/C rally driving.

【 Bring Back the Sport 】 This is a 1/10 scale R/C model of the Toyota 86, a highly-anticipated sports car which was the result of a collaboration between Toyota and Subaru. The sporty form of the car and its distinctive features, including a low-profile bonnet, flared fenders, and rear diffuser, have been realistically reproduced by the polycarbonate body. Separately-molded polycarbonate light cases and stickers to depict car emblems enhance the model's presence.

【 Evolved Chassis 】 The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie rod providing a smoother steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce excellent operating ability. In addition, racing radial tires with realistic tread pattern are mounted on stylish mesh wheels.

【 KICK' IN IT UP! 】 This R/C assembly kit depicts the 2nd generation SJ30 variant of the Suzuki Jimny, a compact SUV which was first introduced in the early 1970s and also known as the Samurai and Katana outside of Japan. The distinctive form of this compact SUV is reproduced in polycarbonate and injection-molded roll bar with auxiliary lights, spare tire, and driver figure are included to enhance the realism. Heavy duty monocoque chassis is designed with a wheelie bar to enable fun, wheels in the air driving action.

【 Put Your Wheels in the Air! 】 WR-02 chassis features a heavy duty monocoque which has side frames to increase rigidity. R/C unit, motor, and battery pack are positioned along the centerline of the chassis and the motor's power is delivered to the rear wheels via a fully-enclosed gearbox equipped with a differential. A wheelie bar is fitted to enable exciting, wheels in the air driving action. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension and 2-piece steering tie-rod offer smooth steering response. The injection-molded body is detailed with metal-plated parts for the front grille and bumper, fuel tanks, exhaust pipes, air cleaners, and roll bar reproduced to provide a customized look. Massive 165mm diameter, 110mm width tires are mounted on metal-plated wheels. Suspension arms are also reproduced as metal-plated parts. A sticker sheet to recreate the flamboyant flare-pattern graphics is included.

【 Dual Motor Monster 】 The bathtub frame chassis is equipped with 4-link rigid suspension with 8 coil spring dampers. Twin-motor 4WD drivetrain features front and rear sealed gearboxes with integrated axle housings that are equipped with differential gears to enable efficient power transfer and smooth cornering. A clever 4-wheel steering system is incorporated to help the truck navigate tight corners. In addition, the kit comes with a forward/reverse ESC for twin-motor operation.

【 Elefant Defense 】 The German heavy tank destroyer Elefant was armed with a powerful 8.8cm L/71 gun which could knock out T-34 tanks at a distance of 2,000m, protected by armor up to 200mm thick, and equipped with advanced features such as a hybrid drivetrain. It had its roots in the Porsche-designed Ferdinand, which was first deployed into combat during the Battle of Kursk in 1943. The lessons learned from that battle resulted in modifications including the addition of a commander's cupola, a machine gun for infantry defense, and better tracks and the enhanced vehicle received the new designation Elefant in February 1944. Elefants were deployed to Italy and the Eastern Front, where they continued to defend against Allied forces until the final skirmishes of the war.
