O.S. Engines have announced the soon release of their new O.S. Speed R2104 World Champion edition 3.5cc nitro on-road engine. The power plant will be issued to celebrate Shoki Takahata’s 2019 IFMAR 1/8th Nitro On-road World Championship title, which was also a maiden Worlds win for an O.S. Speed engine in the 1/8th IC Track category. The team went 1-2 in the main final with Takaaki Shimo taking the vice championship and to commemorate their effort, the World Championship edition will feature a gold-colour venturi insert , a two-tone black and golden cooling head as well as a laser-etched crankcase.…

German Futaba distributors ACT Europe have introduced the new HPS CT700 high-performance servo. Featuring a machined all-metal case and all-metal gears, the servo was designed especially for the use in RC cars where the efficient HPS brushless motor ensures a cooler running servo and less power consumption. Offering a speed of down to 0.07s and a torque of up to 30kg-cm the servo measures 40.5 x 21.0 x 26.2mm and it weighs in at 54g. Kyosho Europe have introduced the new Picco P3X 3.5cc 3-port nitro off-road engine. An update to the popular Blast, the P3X features a new vacuum injected crankcase for durability, and a lightened high-quality silicone-filled and balanced crankshaft whose super strong material does not need additional DLC coating. Also new are a CNC-machine backplate with extra scoop for additional performance while a Japan-made blue seal front and high-quality ceramic main bearing ensure smooth operation in all RPM ranges.

Capricorn have introduced the new ONE 5-port .21 engine for 1/8th nitro GT cars. The O.S. based engine was slightly modified to further increase its performance with a hand-tuned crankshaft, a different piston and liner combination with updated timing, as well as a new combustion camber insert helping to extract maximum performance from the power plant. The engine is available as tuned version only and it is up for grabs now.

Ruddog Distribution have introduced their new line of High Voltage standard size servos. First up are the RCL1608 HV Coreless High Speed (0.08s/18kg-cm) and RCL2210 HV Coreless High Torque (0.10s/22kg-cm) servos, both of which feature heavy duty composite material upper and lower cases combined with a machined heatsink design centre section. The result are exceptionally strong yet lightweight cases as titanium gear trains add to the overall durability while offering a very low weight. Other features include a coreless motor for speed and strength, 25T spline output gears as well as 180mm all-black receiver wires.
