FTX have introduced their new portal axle conversion kit for the Hi-Rock and Fury trail trucks. Creating an increase in distance between the axle housing and the ground for improved clearance, the portal drives also feature a different drive ratio that improves the crawling performance over obstacles via each wheel. The axles feature all alloy axle housings, painted alloy diff covers, CNC machined steering knuckles, front CVA driveshafts, CNC C-hubs, CNC portal housing and CNC steering bar. Phat Bodies from the UK have introduced their new VTCR body shell for 1/10th scale front-wheel drive chassis. The scale-like body has been based on the cars that run in the WTCR and BTCC championships with similar styling and aerodynamics cues. Key features are a double front splitter balanced with a BRCA-legal rear wing for a car that’s fast and easy to drive. Coming soon from WRC Racing is their new LM16.3 1/10th scale pan car kit. The car is based off of the F18.3 and features a multi-functional battery compartment that allows the use of both inline and transversal battery positions, it includes a redesigned chassis and a new, aerodynamic 7075-T6 aluminium front bumper support. The kit is rounded out by a new ball differential.
Coming from T-Works is their new multi-tool hex set, a single wrench that incorporates four hex head tools. The wrench makes use of an aluminium handle that houses 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm hex tool blades that can be clicked into the handle’s hub for easy tool size changes and less space taken in the tool bag. The tool tips are made of high quality steel for durability and the come marked for easy identification.
Rc Arlos Factory have released first images of their forthcoming new RcA-V1 RWD drift car chassis kit. The first chassis project of the company will feature a highly adjustable suspension components, a rear motor design placed in front of the rear axle as well as mock-up brace callipers and rotors for scale looks. The car will allow for 240mm, 257mm and 275mm wheelbase settings and we bring you more details as they become available.
