New from FTX is the semi-scale Torro 4WD desert trophy truck. Featuring trailing link rear suspension just like the desert trophy trucks racing in the New Mexico deserts, the Torro is ideal for any fan of extreme trucks. For something a little different FTX have added a bit of colour to the Torro EP, with some blue moulded suspension parts and roll cage accessories, just to liven things up a little instead of bland old black. The full featured brushed truck is a perfect entry in to 1/10th scale RC and includes a 60A speed control, Etronix radio system and…
The latest vehicle to receive Bittydesign’s Vision body shell treatment is Xray’s popular XB8’20 1/8th scale buggy. The lid’s design will offer an easier to drive and more balanced feeling thanks to a futuristic cabin, side pod and rear side flaps shape that optimises the aerodynamic characteristics. In addition a flap behind the engine area guides the air towards the rear wing for a smoother and more directed airflow around the shock tower and lower wing mount. The body comes moulded from high-quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate and precision laser pre-cut to fit the XB8 2020 specification kit. The package is…
Coming from T-Works is their new compact hardcase parts bag. The zipped container measures 27x21x9cm and it allows to carry a variety of accessories, spares, tools, electronics, engines or more with the sturdy design ensuring protection to the internals. Made for drag racing converted 2WD short course trucks is Pro-Line’s forthcoming new 1972 Plymouth Barracuda body shell. The iconic body is specifically designed for the growing SC drag racing scene with the ultra-scale lid capturing all the signature details of the iconic ‘Cuda, perfect for no-prep drag racing. It includes an extensive decal sheet with Hemi quarter-panel livery graphics and optional add-on spoiler. To create the most scale look possible, the body is designed with a narrower track width than a traditional SC body. It is a direct fit on the Team Associated DR10, but drag racing converted Traxxas…
T-Works have announced the release of their new 5mm allen wrench that allows for effortless building, adjustment and maintenance of pivot ball suspensions. The shouldered design ensures that the hex wrench only contacts the pivot ball nut but not the actual pivot ball underneath, providing protection for the suspension balls that are often made of delicate aluminium, ensuring smooth suspension movement. The tool uses T-Works’ lightweight aluminium handle and it is suitable for off-road and on-road pivot ball suspensions alike.
Coming from Pro-Line and made for the Xray XB4 buggy is the new Axis body shell. Designed with the latest in CAD technology, the Axis features a super low-slung design with sharp lines throughout giving it an unmistakable look on the track. The lid features a cab-forward design that provides enhanced steering response while the small side fins balance out the rear of the car with ideal side-bite. The rear of the Axis body has the right amount of clearance for the gearbox and fits the chassis and bulkhead shape of the race buggy perfectly. Made in the USA, the…
Element RC have introduced their new Enduro24 Sendero ready-to-run trail truck. Whether it’s outside on the trail or in the comfort of the own living room, there’s no doubt this little rig will overcome the challenge. Full-time 4-wheel-drive transmission with divorced transfer case, metal vertical chassis rails, and 4-link suspension ensure climbing over obstacles will be a breeze. Providing power and control is a 2-in-1 receiver/ESC, 2-channel radio, powerful servo, and single-cell LiPo. Just install the batteries, charge, and go. Right out of the box, the…

It is moulded from high-quality 0.75mm polycarbonate, comes clear and including window masks, a decal sheet and wing mounting hardware.
Following the recent introduction of the Serpent SRX8T 1/8th scale nitro truggy kit, Serpent have announced the soon release of the electric-powered SRX8T-e. The kit will retain all of the nitro’s key factors such as performance, reliability, durability, ease of assembly as well as maintenance, coupled with an all-new suspension geometry. The truck is based on a new, narrow main chassis plate machined from 4mm 7075-T6 aluminium for a low weight and high rigidity. The universal aluminium motor mount is of a sturdy yet low-weight design with M4 screws allowing to crank it down for maximum reliability. The gearboxes are…
