Fenix Racing have introduced their newest body for the 70 F1 series, the Ferrari T2 as raced in 1976 by Niki Lauda and Clay Regazzoni. Yokomo have released their officially licensed Pandem GR Supra clear lexan body. This recreation of the GR Supra, which is very popular on the real drifting scene, includes the Pandem aero parts which are the hot item among drift users. While the entire body is moulded as a single piece for user-friendliness, Yokomo’s original moulding technology faithfully moulds the Pandem aero with its difficult shapes such as the front grille, rear underskirt and deep side constrictions. While taking advantage of the attractive lines of the beautifully curved A90 Supra, the sharp line work gives it a realistic finish that you…
Bittydesign have introduced this addition to their Vision buggy body shell line-up, for the JQ The Car Black Edition. The lid’s design will offer an easier to drive and more balanced feeling thanks to a mid-advanced cab, side pod and rear side flaps shape that optimises the aerodynamic characteristics. In addition a flap behind the engine area guides the air towards the rear wing for a smoother and more directed airflow around the shock tower and lower wing mount. Having teased us just over a week ago Mon-tech Racing have today presented their new Akura GT3 for the 10th scale GT class. The new GT3 has been designed, developed and produced in house and is thus 100% ‘Made in Italy’. The mould was made with 3D drawings and CNC machining in order to obtain a very high level of accuracy in both the details and proportions of the bodyshell and, at the same time, the highest quality standards you expect from Mon-tech Racing product. The bodyshell can be installed on any 10th scale (190mm) Touring Car chassis and it…
Fenix Racing have introduce the Classique 2, a follow up to their chassis designed specifically for the brand’s Classique line of F1 bodyshells. The biggest improvement over its predecessor is the ability to use the most popular LiPos, from Super Shorty, to Shorty to LCG Shorty. Another improvement is now a simpler rear end, where the torsion setting is handled via a single setup screw, replacing the damper and springs system used on the previous version. The rear end features a narrower track, for a better grip, while the typical 60’s short wheelbase is retained. Of course, Classique 2 is…
Following the recent introduction of the EB/NB48 2.0 buggies, it was only a matter of time until Tekno incorporated all of the cool features into an all-new truck platform. The ET48 2.0 shares many of the parts and design elements first introduced on the buggy. A primary goal of this project was to minimise the additional parts needed to help keep drivers on the track or bashing at their favourite spot. You will find that quite a few of the parts you already have will work on the new ET48 2.0. They carried over features first seen with the 2.0…
Based upon their class revolutionising A800FX platform and the feedback from racers around the globe, Awesomatix have designed and created the new A800FX Evo FWD Touring Car. The main goal was to further enhance the performance in all conditions and increase the setup range to suit all track conditions. Since weight distribution is the main setup tool for a FWD car, they re-worked the main chassis design and extended the wheelbase. This increase in wheelbase allows for further adjustability in weight bias and creates more forward traction. They also redesigned the rear of the car for better flex distribution. The…
G-Force have released their X Weight gauge Air, a wireless corner balance system. Performing the same function as their original X Weight gauge, helping to measure and adjust the weight distribution of your car by displaying the weight/pressure applied at all 4 corners, this Air version does it wirelessly. Sending the data via bluetooth to the accompanying app it removes the need for a bulky display making transport and use much simpler. Each weighing platform is clearly marked so you know which corner to put it on and they can be used with cars up to 2kg. The system is…
