ARC introduce the R10 2015 1/10th 4WD touring car kit. Using feedback collected from drivers at all levels around the world, ARC have further refined the chassis with the main objectives to give more steering, more mechanical grip and maximum side bite to maintain higher corner speeds, with the goal to improve lap times of club and international level racers alike. First up is a new upper deck that offers less screw holes for durability while the new shape of the front of the top deck allows more flex towards the front of the chassis promoting more steering. An added benefit of the short split front is added clearance for the latest generation of Lipo batteries using 5mm plugs.

Japanese company TRG have released first information and images of a new dual bellcrank steering system for Tamiya F103 and F104 based pan cars. Designed to deliver an optimised Ackermann geometry the set greatly improves cornering for a more predictable and faster ride. The set only works with low-profile servos of 25mm to 27mm height and with the mounting tabs being 17.5mm high. Included in the set come aluminium bellcranks and steering posts, a carbon fibre steering plate and mounting brace as well as ball bearings and mounting hardware. The steering kit, that will become available by end of July, fits most F103 and F104 kits as well as the Kyosho Plasma F1 and the TRG F114 but some DIY to fully adapt the set to the chassis may be required.

Hudy introduce a new adapter for their proven universal tire balance station. Designed for the use with 14mm hex 1/10th buggy wheels the adapter comes with a CNC-machined aluminium holder and a ball raced 1-piece steel axle for maximum precision. A machined wheel nut makes for fast and convenient wheel tightening. The adapter is available separately with the actual tire balance station not being part of the package.

Following the announcement of the new TC02C Evo 2WD buggy kit, Team C will soon also have a conversion kit for non-Evo TC02C’s available. The set includes a new longer composite chassis, a new transmission case, gear differential, a milled aluminium motor plate, battery plate and several other parts such as a new rear shock tower and bulkhead, to bring the standard buggy to full Evo specifications. The conversion kit is rounded out by a new bodyshell but it lacks the rear anti-roll bar that comes with the full-blown kit.

Made for the use with GForce’s TS120A, TS90A and 1S120A speed controllers is the the Japanese manufacturer’s new Wi-Fi Link module. The device allows to adjust the speed controller’s software parameters using an iOS or Android-based mobile device. Plugged into the programming port of the ESC and mated with your mobile device the module is used in place of the standard programming box for a more convenient adjustment of the various throttle, boost and brake parameters.

SpeedMerchant have released first images of the World GT4 200mm pan car kit. The vehicle is based off the forthcoming RoadKill 10 235mm kit and offers a slim carbon fibre main chassis that can take 2S standard, 2S shorty or 1S LiPo battery packs. A new-style easy-to-adjust front suspension is also part of the package as is a class-standard link-type rear suspension with dual roll dampers. The side springs act on the lower power pod plate rather than on the sidelinks for improved precision and better adjustability while a lightweight motor pod makes for a good balance between low weight and rigidity. We bring you more details on the kit as soon as they become available.

Arrowmax have new lightweight driveshafts for Yokomo’s B-Max series of 2WD and 4WD buggies available. Being made of high-quality spring steel and offering a lightweight design the driveshafts feature blue anodised aluminium cross pin retainers to securely keep the pins in place. The shafts are available for the front of the B-Max4 and as an universal variant for the rear of the B-Max2 and B-Max4.
