【 Born to Rally 】  It can be said that the most representative model produced by world-famous French car maker Alpine was the A110 produced from 1963 to 1977. This compact coupe was equipped with a rear-mounted engine with rear wheel drive, and enjoyed successes in motorsport events, particularly rally races. The 1600SC, with its 1600cc engine and rear double wishbone suspension, was a high-performance model produced in 1973.

【 The Moby Dick 】 Dominating the Group 5 category and winning consecutive championships in the 1976 and 1977 seasons was the Porsche 935. For the 1978 season, Porsche left the World Championship for Makes and created the 935/78 Turbo with the goal of claiming the Le Mans 24 Hours. The car had a long, ground-hugging body to increase maximum speed and was fitted with a 3.2 liter twin-turbo engine which produced a massive 850hp. The team first entered the 935/78 Turbo at the 6 Hours of Silverstone and took an impressive debut win. At the 1978 Le Mans 24 Hours, it took an 8th place finish overall. The combination of its monstrous speed, power which exceeded that of other Group 5 race cars, and its unique body design earned it the nickname “Moby Dick.”

【 The Premium Sportscar 】 The 1955 Mille Miglia saw the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR won the fastest victory in the history of the event. The machine featured the car number “722”, which was incorporated into the name of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition supercar announced at the 2006 Paris Motor Show. A 5.5 liter supercharged V8 engine was fitted to the SLR’s long-nose/short-deck body design. Output from the engine was increased from 626hp to 650hp, while a firmer suspension, 10mm lower ride height, and ceramic front brake discs contribute to heightened agility. This exclusive edition is the polished pinnacle of driving performance, a level which only 150 lucky owners around the world will be able to experience.

【 The Black Beauty 】 In 1977, Lotus introduced a ground effect car, the Type 78 which had a slim monocoque chassis and wide side pontoons with undersurfaces like inverted aircraft wings. Round 6 Belgium GP in the 1978 season saw the introduction of the further evolved Type 79. The fuel tanks were placed behind the cockpit and the rear suspension featured effective inboard dampers. Mario Andretti was paired with Ronnie Peterson that year, and the former drove the car to an impressive pole-to-finish debut win. More success followed, with Andretti taking 5 wins to claim the drivers' championship and Peterson adding another win to help the team claim the constructors' title. The Type 79 greatly influenced later F1 machines and its overwhelming speed as well as graceful design and livery earned it the nickname “Black Beauty.”

This is a ready-to-run R/C model of the cute MiTo. The stylish form of the car as well as its shield-shape front grille have all been realistically reproduced with durable polycarbonate. Separate light case parts are also included to enhance the scale realism. 【 R/C Units, Battery Pack, and Charger 】 R/C units are installed onto the pre-assembled chassis, and a wheel-trigger type transmitter, battery pack & charger are included to allow you to enjoy R/C driving instantly. The FM transmitter features detachable grip covers to match your hand size, as well as the throttle trigger covers to increase the size of the throttle trigger for easier trigger movement.
