A Masterful Evolution
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution was developed as a base for rally cars, with continuous development since its debut in 1992. This R/C model assembly kit depicts the 5th generation model sold from 1998 which featured a 1,770mm-width body, and achieved both Maker and Driver Championships. The powerful form of the car is captured in style by a polycarbonate body, with stickers included to decorate it. The model is based upon the TT-02 chassis.

TT-02: Adaptable, balanced shaft driven 4WD
The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. It is a highly adaptable chassis, as it offers 2 different wheelbases, 2 ground clearance settings and 2 tread set-ups in addition to a range of 10 possible gear ratios. It is not short on looks either, with brake disc-shaped wheel hubs and stylish front bumper supports. Gun metal color 12-spoke wheels use treaded semi-pneumatic tires.

Way Out Style!
This assembly kit creates a special Black Edition of the legendary Egress R/C buggy, which originally took the world by storm after its 1989 debut, and was then given a further update in 2013. As the name implies, its color scheme is distinctly black-based, with dampers and front uprights switched to dark titanium anodized finishes, and the six-spoke wheels molded in silver to match a body to be painted black.

Shaft-driven 4WD chassis with carbon components
This shaft-driven 4WD chassis features a longitudinally-positioned motor and full ball bearings, while carbon fiber upper and lower decks ensure that the model has superb rigidity. Front and rear ball differentials offer excellent reliability and easy maintenance, working in tandem with the built-in center one-way to provide sure-footed movement, and the one-way can be locked if desired. Universal drive shafts feature the same design as those used in TRF series parts, in order to maximize transmission efficiency and minimize wear and tear. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension is supported by four oil dampers equipped with aluminum cylinders, while the front and rear of the model are fitted with stabilizers. Aluminum front uprights offer excellent reliability, and ball bearings in steering linkage arms combine with 2mm thick carbon fiber plate to offer a linear steering response. The Egress also features a brushless motor.

Fighter jets have continued to develop since they were first seen in late WWII, to the point where modern day aircraft such as the F-35 Lightning II and F-22 Raptor are often called "fifth generation" fighters; qualities such as their highly advanced stealth characteristics and network connectivity set them apart from earlier fighters.
