【 Mini 4WD Special Enlarged 】 This re-released version of Tamiya's legendary 1988 Avante buggy features the cool color scheme of the Mini 4WD Avante Black Special. It comes equipped with hybrid spike tires mounted on vivid fluorescent pink lightweight wheels to add to its eye-catching appearance.

【 Select Options Included 】 The shaft-driven 4WD chassis features carbon fiber upper/lower decks (2mm) and rear damper stay (3.5mm) which ensure superb strength. Front/rear ball differentials and center torque splitter help provide sure-footed traction. Racing steering set with 2mm thick carbon fiber plate offers linear steering response. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension with metal shafts allows a high degree of setting customization. Aluminum front knuckles feature the same shape as those on the original Avante and radius arm protector absorbs shocks to prevent damage to suspension arms. A total of 26 ball bearings contribute to a reduction in friction loss.

【 Tamiya's First R/C Buggy 】 This is a re-release version of the 1/12 scale R/C XR311, Tamiya's first R/C model with a suspension system, which was originally released in 1977. While maintaining the basic layout of the original, this re-release version incorporates modern improvements. The injection-molded body captures the vehicle's purposeful look. Interior parts and a driver figure are included for even greater realism.

【 Refined Chassis Details 】 The 2WD duralumin chassis frame features a rear-mounted motor rear-wheel drive layout. The battery is positioned down the center of the chassis with the receiver and ESC on either side for exceptional balance. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features upper and lower H-arms and adjustable metal torsion bar springs. Fully-enclosed gearbox may be assembled with one of three different gear ratios.

【 Built for the Track 】 This is a 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit of the Ferrari 599XX, an extreme circuit-only machine incorporating a number of technologies taken from Ferrari's racing experience. The stylish long-nose, short-deck form of the 599XX has been accurately reproduced by the polycarbonate body. The C-pillar winglets, rear wing, and canards are also reproduced with polycarbonate parts. This exceptional machine is mounted on the fun-to-drive TT-01 Type-E chassis.

【 Evolved Chassis 】 The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie rod providing a smoother steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce excellent operating ability. In addition, slick tires are mounted on gun metal mesh wheels.

【 This Bus Means Business 】 This R/C assembly kit depicts a 1st-generation (T1) variant of the Volkswagen Type 2 van, which was introduced in 1950 and also known as the Volkswagen Bus to many of its legions of fans. Comical interpretation of the distinctive 23-window body style is reproduced with durable polycarbonate and an injection-molded driver figure is also included. Designed with a wheelie bar to enable fun, wheels in the air driving action.

【 Put Your Wheels in the Air! 】 WR-02 chassis features a heavy duty monocoque which has side frames to increase rigidity. R/C unit, motor, and battery pack are positioned along the centerline of the chassis and the motor's power is delivered to the rear wheels via a fully-enclosed gearbox equipped with a differential. A wheelie bar is fitted to enable exciting, wheels in the air driving action. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension and 2-piece steering tie-rod offer smooth steering response. 【 Daytona Samurai 】 The Nissan R91CP race car featured a sleek, aerodynamic form and was powered by a 3496cc twin-turbocharged V8 engine which produced an awesome 680hp. Driven by Japanese drivers Masahiro Hasemi, Kazuyoshi Hoshino, and Toshio Suzuki, it went on to win the 1992 24 Hours of Daytona race and in so doing also set a new race distance record of 4364.71km. Tamiya originally released a 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit of this famous machine in 1992 and it is making a comeback after two decades due to popular demand. The re-release version features the same chassis components as the 1992 original. The body is reproduced with durable polycarbonate while the side mirrors, windshield wiper, and induction pod are molded with separate parts. A driver figure is also included to enhance the model's presence.

【 3-Point Suspension 】 The ABS bathtub chassis incorporates resin space frames and a front FRP lower deck to give the chassis superb strength. Suspension features a front independent kingpin/coil spring and a rear 3-point setup with 1.5mm thick T-bar and CVA oil damper. Combined with high-grip sponge tires, it provides superb road-holding capability. In addition, ground clearance adjustment is possible for both the front and rear. A Direct-Drive 2WD system offers sharp throttle response and features a ball differential.

【 An Unsung Hero 】 The Hawker Hurricane was developed during the 1930s as Britain's first low-wing monoplane fighter and is considered a representative RAF fighter of WWII together with the Supermarine Spitfire. Its characteristic fabric-covered rear fuselage was rugged and simple to produce, and the Mk.I variant entered service from late-1937. Although Hurricanes were outperformed by the Luftwaffe's Messerschmitt Bf109s, the RAF used successful tactics which saw Spitfires engage Bf109s while the Hurricanes went after the bombers. Besides the British, the Hurricane was also used by a number of other countries, including Finland. About 15,000 Hurricanes of all types were produced in total and they served with distinction until the end of the war.

【 Taking On the 750 】 The RZ350 debuted at the 1979 Paris Motor Show as the RD350LC and became available in Japan in 1981. This bike incorporated features which were developed from Yamaha's racing bikes, including a 347cc liquid-cooled 2-cylinder 45hp engine, front double disc brakes, and monocross rear suspension. Due to its high performance, which allowed it to take on larger 750cc displacement bikes, the bike was given the Japanese nickname "750-killer."

【 The 2nd-Generation Honda Prelude 】 The 2nd-generation Honda Prelude was released in 1982 and the XX was this front-wheel drive coupe's highest trim level. It was powered by a 1,829cc 4-cylinder SOHC 125hp engine with three valves per cylinder and dual carburetors. It also featured a front double wishbone and rear strut 4-wheel independent suspension setup and the first 4-wheel anti-lock braking system on a Japanese car. The car's low, wedge-shaped body was highlighted by retractable headlights and a sunroof to offer even greater driving pleasure.

【 City Commuter 】 The 1st-generation Honda City was a phenomenon due to its intriguing "Tall Boy" body styling. The completely redesigned 2nd-generation City released in October 1986 featured its low, wide body design notable for its longer hood, short front and rear overhangs, as well as a generally flush body shape. The compact and efficient 76hp 1,237cc SOHC engine with four valves per cylinder was equivalent in performance to similar DOHC engines at the time. Front struts and rear rigid torsion beam suspension setups ensured that the car was quick on its feet as well. With a responsive engine and crisp handling characteristics, the 2nd-generation Honda City enjoyed wide popularity in Japan as a commuter vehicle.
