Japan Ground Self Defense Force Type 10 Tank

Officially announced in 2010, the Type 10 is the fourth generation main battle tank serving the Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF). It is equipped with a domestically-developed smoothbore 120mm main gun and automatic targeting system that allows tracking of targets while the highly mobile Type 10 is on the move. Modular armor on the turret and hull not only provides top level protection, it can also be removed to allow swift transportation across the Japanese archipelago on trailers and the like. Delivery to units commenced in 2012 and the Type 10 is envisaged to replace the long-serving Type 74.

About the Model
This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit of the JGSDF Type 10 tank.
★Length: 199mm, width: 72mm. ★This compact masterpiece was designed with extensive access to the actual tank, and captures the sloped form of the Type 10 with an intuitive parts breakdown. ★The model includes depictions of modifications seen in Type 10s from the C4 lot, which were delivered to units from the second half of 2014 onwards. ★Hull interior weights are included to add an authentically heavy feel. ★Commander torso figure adds further realism.

This assembly kit creates a special premium edition of the Dash-5 Dancing Doll Mini 4WD racer, a car which appeared in the classic Japanese Mini 4WD cartoon "Dash!! Yonkuro" as the car of the eponymous hero's friend Sumeragi Rinko. The Dancing Doll body is resplendent in red with a large blue canopy section, and accented by boxy headlights, fins and an upper air intake. The rear of the car features a fan motif, plus aircraft-like vertical fins and side winglets for a truly unique look. Stylish metallic type decorative stickers come packaged with the product.

Super-II Chassis
The Super-II chassis offers impressive toughness on a wide frame. Here, it appears in dark blue ABS resin and is matched with yellow battery holder, rear stay and other A parts. The model also features multiple bumper and rear stay attachment holes to allow a range of set-up options. Silver 5-spoke wheels are paired with large diameter black slick tires, and the model comes with a 4.2:1 gear and motor.

Clearly a Looker
This Mini 4WD model assembly kit creates a special color version of the Astro-Boomerang, a machine which appeared in the classic Japanese Mini 4WD comic "Dash Boy Ten" as the trusty steed of main character Tenka Taihei. The classic body has an extremely low profile and uses uniquely-styled wings (the front is laid upon the bumper), as well as an opened up rear section to allow motor cooling - here, it is specially molded in an oh-so-cool clear blue. Also included are clear stickers, plus a 48mm mini version of the car.

Super-II Chassis
The Super-II chassis offers impressive toughness on a wide frame. Here, it appears in white resin and is matched with blue battery holder and rear stay. The model also features turn switches, double attachment points for the rear stay, and multiple bumper and rear stay attachment holes to allow a range of set-up options. White large-diameter narrow wheels are paired with hard blue arched tires, and the model comes with a 4.2:1 gear and motor.

A Premium Evolution
This assembly kit model recreates a Premium version of the popular Mini 4WD racer Proto-Saber Evolution, a car that belonged to the character "J" in the Japanese Mini 4WD cartoon "Let's and Go!!" Mounted upon the aerodynamically efficient AR chassis, the Proto-Saber Evolution body features a jutting nose section and bulging front fenders, with the cockpit section sweeping majestically back into the rear wing end plates. Molded in purple, the body is joined by metallic type stickers, and can even be used with the MA, VS and Super-II chassis without the need for any modifications.

AR Chassis
The AR chassis is designed to offer its driver durability, customizability and ease of maintenance, all of which are vital ingredients for a successful Mini 4WD racer. Its aerodynamic form smoothly allows air to pass through the chassis interior as the machine runs, performing the vital function of cooling the batteries and motor and extending their effectiveness. Here, the chassis is molded in metallic gray ABS with purple A parts. The underpanel and diffuser can be removed from the model without taking off the body, while a rear skid bar is fitted to slash time loss experienced on tricky slope sections, and keep the racer on the track where it belongs. Features silver color Y-spoke wheels, low-profile tires and a 3.5:1 gear ratio.
