The 2012 Truck of the Year award-winning Actros series is the flagship of the world's leading truck manufacturer, Daimler AG (Germany). This R/C model assembly kit recreates the dual rear axle-driven Actros 3363 6x4 GigaSpace model, which runs on a 15.6-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine capable of 630hp. The model's highly detailed body breathtakingly captures the powerful form of the truck, including depictions of auxiliary lights on cab roof and bumper. Its ladder frame chassis features aluminum side channels with resin cross members, while the suspension employs leaf springs and friction dampers. An assembly type 3-speed transmission allows gear changes via separately available 4-channel transmitter.

Realistic Lights, Sounds, and Vibration
Tamiya Multi-Function Control Units (included for Japanese market only, available separately overseas) offer light, sound, and vibration operation to accompany your R/C truck experience. Engine sounds have been digitally recorded from an actual truck, and together with air horn, gear shifting, and many other realistic sounds, give you the feeling that you are driving the real thing! The All-Terrain CC-01 Chassis
The CC-01's highly reliable and efficient full-time 4WD system features a horizontally-positioned motor, which transmits power to the front wheels via the gearbox and to the rear wheels via propeller shaft. The chassis suspension employs double-wishbone front upper single links and lower H-shaped arms plus rear rigid suspension. With CVA oil dampers front and rear, there's enough cushion to take on even the roughest surfaces. This kit features blingy black plated wheels with inner sponges and gorgeous 73mm diameter low-profile tires, plus white damper coil springs and a 20T pinion gear. This low-slung model not only looks awesome, it also gives a truly stable drive.

The combination of a long 287mm wheelbase and 4-wheel double wishbone suspension married to friction dampers with long arms, allows the model to handle with stability on poor surfaces. The 2014 season of the MotoGP class, pinnacle of the motorcycle Road Racing World Championship grand prix circuit, was a dream year for the works Repsol Honda team, which ran the RC213V. Their burgeoning young superstar Marc Marquez won 13 out of the year's 18 races, including an astounding 10 in a row to start the season and lead the team to the Team, Constructors' and Riders' Championships. The 2014 iteration of the RC213V featured a host of tweaks that ensured it was the class of the field, including an altered front cowling air intake, aerodynamics modifications to cowlings, and changes to the aluminum twin tube frame. Further updates were made to the V4's pneumatic valves, Honda's unique seamless transmission, and the electronics package.

Mobile yet defensively capable armored cars were a necessity for forces in WWII, and the 7ton armored car filled that need amply for the British: featuring effective sloped armor, a fully-rotating turret and 4WD setup, it managed a top speed of 72km/h from its 90hp 6-cylinder engine. The Mk.IV was the final of its four variants and possessed the largest gun, with an upgrade from the previous 15mm machine gun to a 37mm weapon. It was also the most prolifically produced, and around 2,000 Mk.IVs rolled off the production line and into units across North-West Europe and Italy in the latter stages of WWII. The Mk.IV was called upon as a reconnaissance vehicle and even a command car.

The Martini-sponsored Alfa Romeo works team had an excellent 1996 season in the International Touring Car Championship (ITC), their 155 V6 TI taking on the might of Mercedes-Benz and Opel and coming away with an impressive 9 victories. Based upon the iconic Italian company's four-door 155 sedan, it was souped up with front spoiler, rear wing, diffuser and aerodynamic tweaks to the body shell. Its 450hp-plus 2.5l V6 employed the same pneumatic valve system run by Formula One cars, and had its power transmitted to all four wheels via a semi-automatic 6-speed transmission and electronically controlled front, rear and center differentials. Little wonder, then, that it had such a successful season!
