Serpent has announced its latest 1:10 Touring Car with the release of the Medius X20 ’24 that will be offered in carbon and aluminium chassis version kits. The 1:10 Touring car market has changed with some new and innovative designs and Serpent have been working hard on their latest and best EP touring car yet. New and improved suspension geometry give maximum rotation. A newly engineered aluminium rear diff, along with a completely new designed rear upper arm link setup providing increased adjustability. The car gets new style flex shock mounts with included 13mm shocks. Also with the new style split top deck the flex is adjustable like never before.
Yokomo has announced the up coming release of the “Rookie Drift RD2.0”, a new basic chassis release from the Japanese manufacturer who have been pioneers in the field of drift R/C racing. The base specs have been enhanced by improving the steering angle and securing rear grip, etc., so that even first-time drifters can enjoy the experience of drifting. The chassis configuration is also designed with future expansion in mind, and can be customised with optional parts. In addition to the standard assembly kit, a value-priced kit with a YG-302V2 steering gyro will also be available, ideal for first-time drift RC challengers.
In its latest 1:10 Touring Car kit release, Hong Kong’s 3Racing introduces its Cero 55 GA Version. The main feature of GA edition of the entry level 55 is the use of matt carbon graphite compared to fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) used in the standard model. The 55 GA gets a matt carbon graphite main chassis, upper deck, rear body post plate and servo mount.
Japanese Electric Touring Car manufacturer and 2022 World Championship podium finishers Axon has pre-released some specifications and images of their long-awaited full kit TC10/3. The Axon TC10 has continuously evolved as a high-end touring car with strong performances under the product concept of providing the ultimate high-end touring car. The new TC10/3 gets refined handling and an improved chassis balance. Due for release in December, Axon will release further details on the final production kit shortly. The successful TC10/2 Touring Car was released in March 2022.

Schumacher has released its newest 1:10 Formula chassis the ICON 2 Worlds. The car has already enjoyed successful on track with wins at the 2022 IFMAR World Cup, 2023 EFRA European Cup, and the 2022 ETS series, all driven by Schumacher team driver Andreas Stiebler. Now ICON 2 Worlds features some of the optional and development parts used by Andreas, now included in the kit, to make this the ultimate RC Formula racing machine. The optionals include new Horizontal Alloy Wing Mount offering improved strength. New Vertical Carbon Fibre Wing Mount allows the wing to be lowered by 5mm compared to previous generation. Following the release of its latest SD2.0 1:10 drift chassis in June, Yokomo has announced the release of a Purple and a Red edition of the RWD chassis. The SD series of drift cars, which can achieve various specifications by reconfiguring parts, has evolved into the latest version, SD2.0. While keeping the basic design of graphite double-deck chassis and gear-drive RWD, a thorough review of the weight balance and changes to the front Ackermann ratio have been made to further accentuate the latest RWD drift style.
Bittydesign has announced a unique project with its ARES-1 bodyshell with the Italian company releasing the new body for 3 categories at same time. The Hypercar design ARES-1 has been creates for the 1:7 Armma, 1:10 GT and 1:12 GT. The ARES-1 for ARRMA was born out of the desire to create an extraordinary product developed specifically for Arrma, with the main aim of designing aerodynamics for top speed. Designed with the desire to create an unconventional body thanks to highly refined and extreme aerodynamics; to achieve maximum performance, we tested the body several times and made radical changes to the original design, we wanted to make sure we could offer an absolute performance product that would become the new benchmark for the GT category. 1:10 body shell is universal and mounts on all 190mm models, the wing complies with the measures as per USGT regulation and can therefore be used at any race. 1:12 body is compatible with SupaStox and SupaStox GT plus any other 1:12 scale model in the GT12 category.
British 1:12 Mini Stock bodyshell specialists Phat Bodies has released their new M.A.D. Mini shell and wing. The race inspired Mini is designed for the popular Mardave and Kamtec 1:12 Mini stock class measuring 160mm wide and 175mm wheelbase. Moulded in 0.7mm race weight Lexan polycarbonate for superior quality and durability, it comes complete with pre cut vinyl window masks and light/grill stickers sheet, external overspray film and ‘Phat Bodies’ stickers. The bodyshell and wing come clear and require cutting, trimming and painting to fit and finish.
